Easiest Metal Polish To Use

When we think of metal polish we often think it is a long process of spreading the polish, buffing, spreading the polish, buffing, and so on and so forth. In reality, it doesn’t have to be that hard. Quick Sheen’s metal polish is as easy as wipe on and wipe off.

Metal Polish Viscosity

There are many key things that come together to allow our metal polish to be the easiest to use. One of the main things is the viscosity. As we mentioned in a previous blog, viscosity matters. If your solution is too thin, it won’t have time to work on the metal. If it is too thick, it won’t spread how it is supposed to and will dry out. If you’d like to learn more about that, visit this blog.

Our Liquid All Metal Polish has the perfect viscosity that will easily spread and soak into the metal, without drying too quickly.

High-Quality Cloths/Rags

Along with all cleaning and polishing products, you want to use a high-quality terry cloth. Throughout our rigorous testing, these types of rags work best.

Immediate Results

Another thing that makes our metal polish so easy to use is that it works on contact. This means that the second the polish touches the metal, it will start to do its magic. For example, if you apply some on the bottom of a soda/pop can, and start to rub it in, your terry cloth will immediately start to get some black residue. The black reside is all of the dirt and oxidation that is in the imperfections of the metal.

Our metal polish immediately starts to remove the oxidation on the metal, this is the main reason our solution does not require a buffing wheel. Although a buffing wheel will bring you the best possible results, it is not required.

Picking up the oxidation has the added benefit of not rubbing the oxidation back onto the surface of the metal. Eventually, you will want to move spots on your cloth. Although with small amounts of “black stuff” it will not damage the metal.

Anyone Can Do It!

You may be thinking, well if it doesn’t require a buffing wheel, I probably need to be a strongman to get any results.

You’re wrong! We have learned that about 3-4 lbs of pressure is the sweet spot to get the best results, especially on the first application.

Only The Best Ingredients

We pride ourselves on creating a metal polish that has the best ingredients. A big factor to this is our products do not have petroleum. Without having petroleum in the mixture, there will not be a “haze” on the metal. Products that have petroleum can often get frustrating, as you’re trying to wipe a Vaseline type liquid off of your metal.

Our products are water-based, another reason why you don’t have to use a buffing wheel.

Clear Coat Protectant

Our Liquid All Metal Polish also contains a clear coat protectant, meaning that every polish is adding an invisible layer of protectant.

One Polish To Rule Them All

With our metal polish, you don’t have to search through your cabinet looking for a polish to use on a specific metal. Since our metal polish is pretty light and effective, you can use it on all metals, such as:

  • Aluminum
  • Billet
  • Stainless Steel
  • Chrome
  • Magnesium
  • Gold
  • Silver
  • Platinum
  • Brass
  • Copper
  • Pewter
  • and many more!

Meaning you can use this metal polish on your classic car, then turn around and use it on your wife’s copper mugs.

Adding on to the list of benefits, our polish is heat resistant, so it’s safe to use on your motorcycle engine and exhaust tips. Visit this blog for more information on how to do that.

What Are You Waiting For?

Why are you wasting your time and money on a polish that requires a buffing wheel when you could be using some good ole fashioned elbow grease, after all, that is how we originally built all of these cars we all love to work on.
